Aging Out of Foster Care Solution Services:

We provide assistance and support to clients who are aging out of the foster care system. This population is extremely vulnerable and we are passionate about helping our clients access resources that successfully transition them out of the foster care system and into adulthood. We provide consulting, job-placement assistance, and college-prep assistance. Our program provides an in-depth software tracking system that can track clients up to five years after leaving the foster care system. Some examples of services include:
